Family run business

RS Gormanley, founded in 1985, is a family run business based in Carpenders Park, serving clients in the Watford and Harrow area, as well as in the rest of Hertfordshire, Middlesex and Central London.
The business is managed by Bob Gormanley, and he is supported by his son Graeme. Bob’s wife Anne and Graeme’s wife Emma both work in the planning and Administration office, along with long time friend and employee Mick Bennett.

Clients

RS Gormanley have a wide range of clients, including local Government offices (Three Rivers, Watford and London Borough Councils), property developers, including buy to let clients, and a large number of private homeowners.
To be approved for local authority work, the Company has to meet a series of regulations which also benefit property developer and homeowners as they provide a standard of professionalism and project management that benefits every client.
