We are specialists in Bathroom and Kitchen installations, and in property maintenance projects and refurbishments. Based in Carpenders Park, Watford, we have over 20 years of experience and provide a full range of services. The majority of our work comes through recommendations, and our customers include private homeowners, property builders and developers, and local government.
As well as Watford and Harrow, our client base covers Central London, Middlesex and Hertfordshire.
We are full members of the Federation of Master Builders and Construction Line, we are registered to the Trust Mark scheme, and we fully adhere to the CHAS programme, which allows us to be on the approved list for local Government work.

We have extensive experience of managing bathroom and kitchen projects, and can provide design and supply services as well as fitting and installation. We also carry out a comprehensive range of property services.

Our Code of Practice

We work to a clear Code of Practice to enable our clients and ourselves to have a clear agreed plan for whatever work is being done.

Before the work begins we will provide you with a clear quotation that covers the price of the job, what is included in the price, an estimate of how long the job will take and when the work can start.

Whilst the work is in progress we will brief you regularly on progress. If there are any unavoidable problems or delays you will be informed about them as early as possible. If changes are needed, we will agree them with you before the work is undertaken. We will, at all times, treat you and your property with respect and ensure that the working site remains a safe and healthy environment.

When we have completed the project we will leave the site clean and tidy, and dispose of any waste properly. Any relevant instructions and guarantees will be handed over to you, and you will be properly briefed about any relevant maintenance or operating guidelines.
